NZ to Aus

Hi, I am currently waiting on my NZ citizenship, originally from the UK.

When I get my citizenship and passport does anyone know what I do then with regards to going to Aus?

I know I then can go and work indefinitely but do I have to get some kind of visa? and can I apply for Aus citizenship after x amount of years in country?
